Lyn Buchanan was a Remote Viewer for the U.S. Government's Project STARGATE for almost nine years. He has trained military and government Remote Viewers and now trains Remote Viewing in the private sector. The special type of remote viewing used is called "Controlled Remote Viewing," or "CRV." Presently, Lyn is executive director of Problems>Solutions>Innovations (PSI). PSI was originally a data analysis company, but in December of 1995, the CIA in effect "declassified" information about CRV. Due to overwhelming demands for training and services, PSI, now spends more than 90% of its time involved in CRV works. Joe McMoneagle was with STARGATE from its start to its end (seventeen years), originally assigned as a Military Intelligence Officer. He has worked fourteen years as a consultant for Remote Viewing Research with SRI-International, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), and is a Research Associate for Cognitive Science Laboratory of Palo Alto, CA. Master of Ceremonies in the videos Remote Viewing: The Viewpoints of Two Professional Remote Viewers and Out-of-Body Experience, Todd Lacey has been involved with stage, film, and television all of his life. His late father, Brad Lacey, was the host for the television show Good Morning, Carolina.. Todd started his acting career at the age of six when his mother, Joan Lacey, directed him in his first musical, Damn Yankees. He also has had parts in The Last of the Mohicans and Billy Bathgate with Dustin Hoffman. In addition, Todd directed the play Teeth, starring Marilyn Carter. He is now in the process of writing a movie script, and he has an active role in the study of metaphysics.

Also, he differentiates between the out-of-body that occurs during a Near-Death Experience and the spontaneous OBE. We asked Del to be in our video because of his Out-of-Body Experience of a plane crash. Because of his documentation of this incident before it happened, he was featured in the NBC show The Other Side. Following is a recap of his background. When Del was a child, he had some questions about the dreams he was having that were coming true. He asked classmates, and several said that also had the same dreams of premonition. Being curious, Del investigated the dreams to find out how they occurred, and by age 10 was with a clear image of how they worked. Del was having out-of-body experiences. He began teaching other friends how to do what he was doing. The experiences progressed, and Del was able to save three friends lives over a ten year period, in addition to his own, because of these. In 1994, the dreams took a dramatic twist, and he dreamed of an airliner crash. The nightmare was posted on the Internet and several Minneapolis local computer bulletin boards. Nine days later, the crash of Flight #3379, American Eagle Airlines, happened at Raleigh/Durham, NC in close detail to the computer postings from Del. Fifteen people died in this crash; there were five survivors. Del returned to the crash site the night following the tragedy in the same out-of-body state. He obtained information that he once again posted on the Internet and the local BBSs, which included the cause of the crash, in addition to a "knowing" of a man who he believed died in the crash that was also in his Internet postings. Four months later, this "knowing" came true to the general public.
